RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn / Isle of Anglesey County Council yn bwriadu gwneud gorchymyn dan Adrannau 32(1) a 35(1) o’r Ddeddf Rheoli Trafnidiaeth y Ffyrdd 1984 (y cyfeirir ati o hyn allan fel “y Ddeddf”) a’r holl bwerau galluogol eraill, ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, yn unol â Rhan III Atodlen 9 y Ddeddf.

Pan ddaw’r Gorchymyn i rym defnyddir y rhan hynny o’r ffordd y cyfeirir ato yn yr Atodlen isod fel safle parcio i gerbydau personau anabl sydd yn arddangos bathodyn person anabl.

Mae’n bosib i’r cyhoedd archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn, y Map a’r Datganiad o resymau’r Cyngor dros wneud y Gorchymyn yn Swyddfa’r Cyngor, Llangefni drwy apwyntiad yn unig neu yn llyfrgelloedd Amlwch, Caergybi, Llangefni a Biwmares.

COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS LOCATIONS ANGLESEY)
(DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES) ORDER 202X

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn / Isle of Anglesey County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) nd of all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act.

When the Order comes into effect that part of the road specified in the Schedule hereto shall be used as a parking place for a disabled person’s vehicle displaying a disabled person’s badge.

It is possible to inspect a copy of the Order, Order Map and Statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order at the Council Offices, Llangefni by appointment only or at Amlwch, Holyhead, Llangefni and Beaumaris libraries. 

Alternatively, hard copies of the documents will be sent in the post free of charge on request if you contact SiwanJones@ynysmon.llyw.cymru or 01248 752591 (during normal office hours).

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send your objection in writing specifying the ground(s) thereof to the undersigned at the address specified below by the 5th June 2026.

These will be available for public inspection.
