(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC - TTRO (26-057) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle, pedestrian or cycle from PROCEEDING along the below sections of highway:
• A180 STALLINGBOROUGH INTERCHANGE - Full extent of the roundabout junction.
Alternative route: A180 Westgate Roundabout, Moody Lane, Energy parkway, Hobson Way, Kiln Lane, A1173, Manby Road, A160, Barnetby Top, A18, Yardborough Road, Stallingborough Road, Keelby Road, A1173, B1210, A1136 (reverse route applies)
This is temporary prohibition is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road by North East Lincolnshire Council. These works are detailed as Safe access to roadway for inspection and maintenance.
The order will come into operation on Sunday, 31 May 2026, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is expected to remain in place until Sunday, 31 May 2026. Definitive dates and times will be notified with on-site advanced warning signs.
