Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Hawthorn Hill - from 268 metres east of the junction with Southay Farm Lane, eastwards for a total distance of 105 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to install a meter.
The Order becomes effective on 13th May 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 20th May 2026 and last until 22nd May 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
