(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding other than in a southbound direction along Holly Lane, Erdington between its junction with Orphanage Road and its junction with Arthur Road.
The temporary Order is required to enable utility works to be carried out in safety.
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by this Order will be signposted via Moor End Lane, Edwards Road and Orphanage Road.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on 26/05/26 and will remain in force for a period of 3 months or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
