TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER – CAPITAL PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME 2026/2027 II

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-

THE FOLLOWING ROADS TO BE CLOSED ONLY AS AND WHEN SIGNED AS PART OF THE 2026/2027 CAPITAL PLANNED MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME

2. The Order is necessary to allow contractors to carry out planned maintenance works.

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a signed diversion route will be in place for vehicular traffic.

4. This Order comes into force on 20 May 2026 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
