NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Essex & Herts Air Ambulance has applied to Chelmsford City Council for a new Premises
Licence in respect of:
EVENT: Whirly Birds Family Fun Day

ADDRESS: King's Farm Writtle
Chelmsford CM1 3PJ

The application is to permit the following licensable activities:
• Sale of alcohol
• Live music
• Recorded music
• Entertainment

The proposed hours are:
Sunday September 6th 2026 - 10am to 4pm
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing within 28 days of the posting of this notice.

All representations must be made by June 8th 2026 in writing, addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford CM1 1JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk  

It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
