1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Greenwich (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to remove the shared-use parking place in Kidbrooke Lane (south-west side): opposite Nos. 31 to 41 and replace with ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions (double yellow lines (dyls)), joining existing dyls.
3. Copies of the proposed Orders, the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and plans showing the proposals, can be inspected during normal office hours on Monday to Fridays inclusive at the Woolwich Centre Library, The Woolwich Centre, 35 Wellington Street, London SE18 6HQ.
4. Any person who wishes to object to the proposals or make other representations should send a statement in writing by 3rd June 2026 to:, Highways and Traffic Team, 3rd Floor, The Woolwich Centre, 35 Wellington Street, London SE18 6HQ or traffic.team@royalgreenwich.gov.uk,
