What is happening?

APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION
TO A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that we Blue Diamond UK LTD
have applied on 01/05/26 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Blue Diamond Bridgemere Garden Centre, Bridgemere, Nr Nantwich, CW5 7QB

for a variation of a premises licence to provide the following licensable activities: 

To extend the footprint of the licensed area to include the show gardens allowing their use for organised events such as food fairs, advanced gardening talks, outside dining and the like.

And to amend the description under 'The times the Licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities:'

From 'Supply of alcohol on sales for consumption on the premises café, small conservatory and coffee shop.' 'Off sales - retail shop floor.'

To Supply of alcohol on sales for consumption on the premises café, small conservatory, coffee shop and in and around the show gardens.

Off sales - retail shop and in and around the show gardens. Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 29/05/2026

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
