Cliddesden Lane, Basingstoke - Temporary Road Closure due to Pole Replacement Works

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – CLIDDESDEN LANE, BASINGSTOKE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Cliddesden Lane between its junction with Hatch Warren Lane and its junction with Danebury Road.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Woodbury Road, A30, Brighton Way.

DURATION OF ORDER: from 17th May 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 5 days, working between the hours 08:00–18:00).

The road closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Clearview Services Group to carry out pole replacement work. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order or the associated works, please contact: gail@clearviewservicesgroup.co.uk
