(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
HIGH STREET AND TRINITY HOUSE LANE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingston upon Hull City Council by virtue of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an Order.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit any person with a vehicle from proceeding along 25 High St, Hull HU1 1PS and 9 N Church Side, Hull HU1 1R, Kingston upon Hull.
The purpose of the Order is to ensure the safety of the public and operatives during Filming on High Street/Bishop Lane with extensive dressing to turn into period Victorian Street and Filming on Trinity Square and Trinity House Lane with extensive dressing to turn into period Victorian Street and Square
The alternative route for vehicles to be signed.
Access will be maintained for emergency services.
The Order will come into effect from 14th May 2026 to 22nd May 2026 and from 21/05/26 to 22nd May 2026 and may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated, however, that the works will be completed in a period of approximately 19 days and 1 day respectively.

22ND AVENUE (PART)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingston upon Hull City Council by virtue of S.14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an Order.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person with a vehicle from proceeding along 22nd Avenue, outside number 2, Kingston upon Hull.
The purpose of the Order is to ensure the safety of the public and operatives during works to install a new water connection.
The alternative route for vehicles will be signed.
Access will be maintained for emergency services.
The Order will take effect on 25th May 2026 and may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated, however, that the works will be completed between 8am and 5pm commencing 25th May 2026 until 5th June 2026.

JARRATT STREET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingston upon Hull City Council by virtue of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an Order.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit any person with a vehicle from proceeding along Jarratt Street, from Worship Street to Bond Street, Kingston upon Hull.
The purpose of the Order is to ensure the safety of the public and operatives during Installation of new district heating network on Jarratt Street. 2no pre-insulated heating pipes and 2no 100mm associated comms ducting feeding the above buildings Works in 3 phases
Phase 1 Worship Street to northbound Kingston Square
Phase 2 Kingston Square to Charles Street
Phase 3 Charles Street to Bond Street
The alternative route for vehicles will be signed.
The Order will come into effect 25th May 2026 and may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated, however, that the works will be completed between 00:00 on 25th May 2026 and 23:59 on 12th July 2026.

FINCHLEY CLOSE/BATTERSEA PARK AREA (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingston upon Hull City Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2(1) to (3), 4(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in pursuance of powers granted by the Secretary of State under Section 74 and Part 2 of Schedule 8 and under Paragraph 8 of Schedule 9 of the Traffic Management Act 2004.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a new Traffic Regulation Order to prohibit waiting by vehicles at various locations in the area
The purpose of the Order is to maintain access, facilitate traffic flow and provide visibility at junctions.
A copy of the draft Order, the relevant plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order are available for inspection during normal office hours at the General Reception Area, The Kingston upon Hull City Council, The Guildhall, Kingston upon Hull, HU1 2AA.
