ar ddarn o Ffordd Caergybi, A5 Mona - cyfeiriadau grid OS X239979, Y376034 i X241419, Y375365 fel y dangosir ar fap y Gorchymyn.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er budd diogelwch ffyrdd a cherddwyr tra bydd Eisteddfod yr Urdd yn cael ei gynnal gerllaw.

Bydd y rhan hwnnw o Orchymyn Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council (A5 Llanfairpwll i Fali a Lonydd Cysylltiedig) (Cyfyngiad Cyflymdra 30/40/50mya) 2004 sy’n berthnasol i’r darn o’r ffordd a ddisgrifir uchod ac a ddangosir ar gynllun y Gorchymyn dros dro yn cael ei atal dros dro tra bod y Gorchymyn dros dro mewn grym fel bod terfyn cyflymder o 20mya yn gymwys i hyd y ffordd hwnnw.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym am 6:30yb ar 18fed Mai 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes 12:00yb ar 31ain Mai 2026.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14(1)
AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT, 1991

CYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN / ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY CLEARWAY AND 20MPH SPEED RESTRICTION)
(HOLYHEAD ROAD, A5 MONA - EISTEDDFOD YR URDD) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cyngor Sir Ynys Mon/Isle of Anglesey County Council has made an Order, the effect of which will temporarily introduce:
• a clearway (no stopping)

• a temporary speed 20mph speed restriction
on a section of the Holyhead Road, A5 Mona - OS grid references X239979, Y376034 to X241419, Y375365 as shown on the Order map.

The Order is necessary in the interests of road and pedestrian safety whilst the Eisteddfod yr Urdd takes place nearby.

That part of Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council (A5 Llanfairpwll to Valley and Side Roads) (30/40/50mph Speed Restriction) Order 2004 relating to the length of road described above and as shown on the temporary Order plan is temporarily suspended whilst the temporary Order is in force as such that a 20mph speed limit shall apply to that length of road.

The Order comes into effect at 6:30am on 18th May 2026 and will continue in force until 12:00am on 31st May 2026.
