RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r Ffordd Dosbarth III a adwaenir fel Henbarc, Rachub o bwynt ger ei gyffordd gyda Lôn Newydd gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogleddol hyd at y gyffordd gyda Tŷ’n y Ffridd, Rachub.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar sail iechyd a diogelwch i’r cyhoedd yn ystod gwaith amnewid pibell nwy.

Y ffordd arall yw teithio mewn cyfeiriad de ddwyreiniol ar Henbarc a Garneddwen yna mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol ar Ffordd Pant. Yn y gyffordd gyda’r A5, troi i’r dde i deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol hyd at y gyffordd gyda Ffordd Llwyn Bleddyn a throi i’r dde. 

Dilyn y ffordd hon mewn cyfeiriad gogledd ddwyreiniol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 26ain o Fai 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua thair wythnos.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991

THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(CLASS III ROAD KNOWN AS HENBARC, RACHUB)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council have made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of Class III Road known as Henbarc, Rachub from its junction with Lôn Newydd travelling northerly up to the junction with Tŷ’n y Ffridd, Rachub. 

The Order is necessary on health and safety grounds to the public during works to replace a gas pipe.

The alternative route is to travel south easterly on Henbarc and Garneddwen then in a south westerly direction on Pant Road. At the junction with the A5, turn right to travel north westerly up to the junction with Llwyn Bleddyn Road and turn right. 

Follow this road in a north easterly direction up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.

The Order comes into effect on the 26th of May, 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. 

At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately three weeks.
