Rhoddir hysbysiad drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), Rhan 6 Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 fel y’i diwygiwyd, Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Parcio (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2010, Rheoliadau Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffyrdd (Darpariaethau Cyffredinol) (Cymru) 2013, Gorchymyn Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffordd (Canllawiau ar Lefelau Ffioedd) (Cymru) 2013, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, yn bwriadu gosod cyfyngiadau traffig ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod.

Disgrifir natur y cyfyngiadau a theitlau’r gorchmynion arfaethedig yn yr Atodlen honno hefyd.

1. Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) 2024 (Cydgrynhoi) 2024 (Diwygiad 32) Gorchymyn 2026 yn cynnig eich atal rhag aros a llwytho rhwng 8:30am – 9:15am a 2:30pm – 3:15pm o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (gan gynnwys y diwrnodau hynny) yn:

a. Heol Llangrannog ar ochr y gogledd o'r gyffordd â Phlas Llangrannog am 6 metr i'r gorllewin a 6 metr i'r dwyrain ac ar ochr y de o'r gyffordd â Bethel Place am 4 metr i'r dwyrain a 4 metr i'r gorllewin

b. Bethel Place ar y ddwy ochr o’r gyffordd â Heol Llangrannog am 5 metr i’r de

c. Plas Llangrannog ar i) ochr y gorllewin o'r gyffordd â Heol Llangrannog am 52 metr i'r gogledd, ii) ochr y dwyrain o'r gyffordd â Heol Llangrannog am 21 metr i'r gogledd (ac er mwyn osgoi amheuaeth bydd yn cynnwys y ffyrdd mynediad i Ysgol Y Wern), a iii) ochr y dwyrain o ochr ogleddol y ffordd fynediad fwyaf deheuol i'r ysgol am 38 metr i'r gogledd ac o pwynt 55 metr i'r gogledd o'r gyffordd â Heol Llangrannog am 14 metr i'r de (i mewn i'r ffordd fynediad fwyaf gogleddol i'r ysgol)

NEW TRAFFIC PROPOSALS
FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF

Notice is hereby given that the County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended), The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2010, The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (General Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2013, The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (Guidelines on Levels of Charges) (Wales) Order 2013, and of all other enabling powers intends to impose traffic restrictions on the lengths of road referr ed to in the Schedule below. The nature of the restrictions and the titles of the proposed order are also described in the said Schedule.

Any objections and other representations relating to the orders must be submitted in writing on or before 1st June 2026 or by email to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk and must contain the grounds on which you object. Correspondence may be disclosed as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer.

Schedule
1. The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024 (Amendment No 32) Order 2026 proposes to prevent you from waiting and loading between the hours of 8:30am – 9:15am and 2:30pm – 3:15pm Monday to Friday (inclusive) in:

a. Llangranog Road on its north side from its junction with Llangranog Place for a distance of 6 metres west and 6 metres east and its south side from its junction with Bethel Place for a distance of 4 metres east and 4 metres west

b. Bethel Place on both sides from the junction with Llangranog Road for a distance of 5 metres south

c. Llangranog Place on its i) west side from its junction with Llangranog Road for a distance of 52 metres north, ii) east side from its junction with Llangranog Road for a distance of 21 metres north (and for the avoidance of doubt will include the entrance roads into Ysgol Y Wern), and iii) east side from the northern side of the southernmost school access road for a distance of 38 metres north and from a point 55 metres north of its junction with Llangranog Road for a distance of 14 metres south (into the northernmost school access road)
