The Council intends to make the above Order under Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to allow works to be carried out safely. Location: Kenilworth Road, Balsall Common (between Bradnocks Marsh and Meriden Road roundabouts). Dates: 19 May 2026 to 24 August 2027. Works on behalf of: Balfour Beatty Vinci (HS2). Restriction: Contraflow working to construct A452 realignment and temporary 30mph speed limit. Diversions: When signed, northbound traffic will use the southbound carriageway and southbound traffic will use the northbound carriageway. Access/Exemptions: Emergency services will be maintained.
