ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) (MOLESWORTH ROAD/THE GROVE/SOMERSET PLACE/PENLEE WAY/MILEHOUSE ROAD/SPRINGFIELDDRIVE/BARTHOLOMEW ROAD) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council has made the above order No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected:

Molesworth Road - between The Elms and Park Street The Grove - for its entirety

Somerset Place - between Church Street and

Molesworth Road and between Penlee Road and Penlee Way

Penlee Way - between number 32 and Molesworth Road

Milehouse Road - between number 114 and Wolseley Road (parking suspensions only)

Springfield Drive - northbound for its entirety

Bartholomew Road - southbound for its entirety

From: 26th May 2026 for a maximum of 18 months
To: 28th August 2026
Times: 24hrs

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable phased gas main works
