Lower Ansford - Temporary Road Closure Due To Utility Works

Somerset Council Parish of Ansford Temporary Closure of Lower Ansford

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Lower Ansford - from the junction with Hallett Road, southwards for a total distance of 56 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to renew a stop tap.

The Order becomes effective on 8th May 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 12th May 2026 and last until 14th May 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
