SHARED-USED PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLE PATHS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to convert sections of footway to shared use under Section 65 of the Highways Act 1980.
The proposals in Iver Heath are listed below:
Road Name (and Extents)
The Parkway – Opposite No. 268 towards a point adjacent to property No. 170, for approximately 21 metres.
Church Road – From No. 170 The Parkway in a north-easterly direction towards the roundabout with Thornbridge Road (on the westerly footway for approximately 146 metres)
Thornbridge Road – From the roundabout with Church Road to No.9A (on the southern footway for approximately 32 metres)
Proposal
Conversion of existing footway to shared used pedestrian and cycle paths.
A copy of the plans showing the length of roads affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the conversion may be inspected Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA.
