TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC000148810860: The City of Manchester (Dale Street, Piccadilly Ward) (Temporary Closure of Bus Lane) Order 2026under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is to prohibit any bus, taxi or pedal cycle from proceeding at any time in the following length of bus lane: Dale Street between Lever Street and Spear Street.
The City Council is satisfied that this prohibition is necessary. The order shall come into operation on 24th May 2026 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months.
If all necessary works are completed within a shorter period; the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period.
