NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the following Order, Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Barnett Lane, Kingswinford) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Barnett Lane, Kingswinford, for the purpose of gas mains replacement work being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 25/05/2026 and will remain in force until 31/05/2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Traffic will be diverted via: Broad Street, Cot Lane, Earl Street, and Barnett Lane; OR Barnett Lane, New Street, Cot Lane and Broad Street.
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Lyndale Road, Sedgley) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Lyndale Road, Sedgley, for the purpose of water mains renewal works being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 27.05.2026 and will remain in force until 23.06.2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Traffic will be diverted via: Lyndale Road, Northway, Longmeadow Drive, and vice versa.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so.
