(ON-STREET PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (NO.2) ORDER 2025
(VARIATION) ORDER NO.6 202*
NOTICE is given that THREE RIVERS DISTRICT COUNCIL pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order is to:
• Include within the order, on-street parking places, loading places and waiting, loading and stopping restrictions as shown within the proposed map tiles and amend the Map Tile List.
• Remove the provision of 50% discount applicable in respect of one-day residents’ visitor’s permits applicable to residents who are over 60 years of age.
• Remove the availability of annual residents’ visitors permit.
The proposals are necessary to help preserve the amenities in the area.

Objections to the proposals, support and other representations, together with the grounds on which they are made, may be made at https://haveyoursay.threerivers.gov.uk/on-street by 29 May 2026.
