Schedule - Roads in The Village of Brompton on Swale - 30 Mph Speed Limit B6271 Station Road / Richmond Road, from a point 23 metres east of the eastern side of the A1(M) overbridge (measured along the northern kerb line) westwards to a point 125 metres west of its junction with the centre line of Parkgate Lane (measured along the northern kerb line). Parkgate Lane, from its junction with the B6271 Richmond Road northwards for a distance of 80 metres (measured along the centre line of the road). A copy of the Order, which comes into force on 13/05/26, may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton & at Colburn community library, The Broadway, Colburn, Catterick Garrison, DL9 4RF during normal office hours from 08/05/26 until 12/06/26 & also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 01/05/26 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
