What is happening?

THE TUNBRIDGE WELLS BOROUGH COUNCIL

(PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2019

(AMENDMENT) ORDER No.1 2026

The Tunbridge Wells Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 32, 35 and 124 (and Part IV of Schedule 9) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 (‘Act of 2004’), The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Kent) (Borough of Tunbridge Wells) Order 1999 as amended by the Act of 2004 and all other powers intends to make an Order. The effect of this Order will be to amend the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (Parking Places) Order 2019 to allow employees at Royal Victoria Place to purchase season tickets at the Meadow Road car park at the reduced charge as set out in PART THREE of The Schedule, provided that such tickets are available.

PART THREE (a) (b) and (c) of the SCHEDULE to the Principal Order where it refers to Meadow Road Car Park shall be amended as follows:
