(B4194 Lower Park, Bewdley) (Temporary One-Way Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of B4194 Lower Park in a southerly direction only from its junction with U10500 Lax Ln for a distance of 82 metres.

Reason: Due to safety for the erection and dismantle of scaffolding to undertake repairs to property by RDA Builders.

Alternative route: Diversion clockwise: B4194 High St, B4190 Load St, B4195 Stourport Rd, A456 Stourport Rd, B4195 Bewdley Rd (North), B4195 Bewdley Rd, B4195 Worcester St, A451 Gilgal, A451 Mitton St, A451 High St, A451 Bridge St, A451 Dunley Rd, B4194 Ribbesford Rd, B4194 Red Hill.

Diversion Anti-clockwise: B4194 Red Hill, B4194 Ribbesford Rd, A451 Dunley Rd, A451 Bridge St, A451 Hight St, A451 Vale Rd, B4195 Bewdley Rd, B4195 Bewdley Rd (North), A456 Stourport Rd, B4195 Stourport Rd, B4190 Load St, B4194 High St and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 61 days (full closure: 1.6.26 09:30–13:30 for erecting) (full closure: 31.7.26 11:30–15:30 for dismantling) (One-Way Southbound closure 02.6.26–30.07.26). Commencing: 1 June 2026.

(U40026 Woodbury Close, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U40026 Woodbury Cl from its north junction with U40024 Waresley Court Rd for a distance of 310 metres in a southerly direction until its junction with U40024 Waresley Court Rd.

Reason: Carriageway surface dressing by WCC.

Alternative route: U42004 Waresley Court Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 10 May 2026 and 24 May 2026.

(U10501 Park Lane, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U10501 Park Ln from its junction with B4190 Load St to its junction with U10502 Orchard Rise.

Reason: Replace tactile paving by WCC.

Alternative route: B4190 Load St, B4190 Welch Gate, U10511 Sandy Bank, U10511 Wyre Hill, U10509 Birch Tree Rd, U10501 Park Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 11 May 2026.

(Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U13401 Redhall Farm Rd from its junction with C2135 Broome Ln for its entire length.

Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.

Alternative route: U13402 Church Rd, C2135 Broome Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days between 12 May 2026 and 26 May 2026.

Order made: To close that part of U11100 Redstone Ln from its junction with U11118 Hermitage Way to its junction with U11111 Banfield Rd.

Reason: Carriageway surface dressing by WCC.

Alternative route: U11118 Hermitage Way, U11123 Larford Walk, U11114 Hanstone Rd, U11111 Barnsfield Rd and vice versa.

Order made: To close that part of U12417 James Rd from its junction with U12401 Hurcott Rd to its junction with U12418 Vine St.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U12401 Hurcott Rd, U12418 Vine St and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days between 13 May 2026 and 10 June 2026.

Proposed Order: To close that part of A456 Birmingham Rd from its junction with C2126 Churchill Ln to its junction with U12400 Hurcott Ln.

Reason: Grass Cutting by WCC.

Alternative route: A456 Kidderminster Rd South, A450 Worcester Rd, A448 Bromsgrove Rd, A448 Stone Hill, A448 Comberton Rd, A449 Chester Rd North and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 31 May 2026.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U95612 Worles Common from its junction with B4202 Pensax to its junction with U95612 Worles Common.

Reason: Concrete spillway installation by WCC.

Alternative route: B4202 Pensax, C2024 Pensax Rd, C2024 Pensax, C2024 Stockton, U95612 Worles Common (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 4 June 2026.

(Temporary Closure) and The Borough of Kidderminster

(Various Roads) (Consolidation of One-Way Traffic, Waiting and other Miscellaneous Restrictions) Order 1974 (Temporary Suspension (Part)) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U12156 Worcester St from its junction with U12147 Marlborough St to its junction with U12155 High St and temporarily suspend Schedule 2, Item 16 of the The Borough of Kidderminster (Various Roads) (Consolidation of One-Way Traffic, Waiting and other Miscellaneous Restrictions) Order 1974 to allow two way traffic on U12156 Worcester St to enable access for residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.

Reason: New customer connection by STW.

Alternative route: U12147 Marlborough St, U12155 Oxford St, A451 The Ringway, A456 The Ringway, U12160 Blackwell St.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 9 May 2026.

Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2026

[Prohibition of Waiting on The Green and Briar Hill, Chaddesley Corbett]

On 23 April 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to Prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Chaddesley Corbett:

Briar Hill (north west side): from its junction with The Green for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction and for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction.

The Green (south side): from its junction with Briar Hill for a distance of 21.4 metres in a westerly direction.

The Green (north side): from its junction with Briar Hill for a distance of 19.6 metres in a westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 14 May 2026.

Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2026

[Disabled Persons’ Parking Space on Worcester Street, Kidderminster]

On 23 April 2026 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:

Worcester Street (southwest side): from a point of 54.7 metres southeast of its junction with Marlborough Street for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 14 May 2026.
