Lower Bulllngham Lane - Temporary Road Closure Due To Telecom Works

Notice of Intention

NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: U72015 Lower Bulllngham Lane, Green Crize, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U72015 Lower Bullingham Lane, Green Crize, from Windsor Rd to Hoarwithy Rd. Grid Ref: 351816/238012 to 351549/237288.

The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Windsor Rd onto Holme Lacy Rd onto Hoarwithy Rd and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to telecoms cabling works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 1st of June 2026 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days (9:30 to 15:30 only).
