Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U67210, Masefield Close, Ledbury, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U67210, Masefield Close, Ledbury, from the junction with Bye St to the end of Masefeld Close near the Youth Centre. Grid Ref: 370874/237687.

The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1308 onto the A438 onto the A417 onto the C1308 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to reinforcement scheme works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 5th of May 2026 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 18 days.
