TEMPORARY CLOSURE 400992 ROAD ADJACENT TO ROOKTREE FARM TO OAK ROAD
(DOWN AMPNEY PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400992 Road adjacent to Rooktree Farm to Oak Road, from its junction with Oak Road to outside the property known as ‘Royston’ for a distance of approximately 159 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for works to a driveway.
The said road is expected to be closed from 11th May 2026 until 15th May 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C166 Road from Main Street to Fowlers Hill Junction, from outside the property known as ‘Yew Tree House’ to its junction with Main Street to Mill House, for a distance of approximately 273 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for works to rectify road defects.
The said road is expected to be closed from 11th May 2026 until 15th May 2026 only.

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will experimentally vary the Gloucestershire County Council On-Street Parking Order 2017 ("the 2017 Order") by experimentally introducing the restrictions described in the Schedule below.

The Experimental Traffic Regulation Order is Experimental and may continue in force for a period of up to 18 months. In due course the Council will consider whether the provisions of the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order should continue in force indefinitely.
Within 6 months of coming into force of the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order any person may object to its indefinite continuation. Any such representation should be sent in writing to the Assistant Director of Legal Services, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG or emailed to highwaysconsult@gloucestershire.gov.uk no later than 18th November 2026 stating the grounds on which it is made.

Gloucestershire County Council intend to Make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400958 School Lane, from outside the property known as ‘The Forge’ to outside the property known as ‘No. 8’ for a distance of approximately 64 metres.
The reason for the closure is for drainage investigation works.
