THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(BEALEYS FOLD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION
OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton
City Council have made an Order under Section
14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting pedestrians
proceeding on Bealeys Fold from adjacent to The
Health Centre to its entrance at High Street.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of
six months, but it is anticipated that the works will be
undertaken from 3 June 2026 until 11th September
2026.
The pedestrian diversion route is: Alfred Squire Road,
Woodhouse Fold, Neachells Lane, High Street and
vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate public realm
improvements by Wolverhampton City Council.
