NOTICE OF VARIATION OF PARKING CHARGES
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTIONS 35C AND 46A

Notice is hereby given by the Council of the City of Sunderland that the charges for parking in the off-street and on-street parking places specified in Schedules 1 and 2, will be varied as indicated from the date this Notice comes into force. Unless otherwise indicated, in Schedule 1 (Off-Street Parking Places) the current charges are given in column 4 and the new charges are given in column 5. Similarly, in Schedule 2 (On-Street Parking Places) the current charges are given in column 3 and the new charges are given in column 4.
This Notice shall come into force on the 1st June 2026
