ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(Ring Road Bramley/Armley Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because pump testing apparatus works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along the outbound right turn access lane of Ring Road Bramley/Armley; into Spring Valley Estate. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Ring Road Bramley; Stanningley Bypass; Swinnow Road; Stanningley Bypass; Ring Road Bramley to Spring Valley Crescent. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 11 May 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. These works will take place between 07:30 hours and 18:00 hours, across 3 phases. The phased Road Closures are expected to take place from 11 to 13 May 2026 and 18 to 19 May 2026; with the final phase expected to take place at the end of June or early July. (Farm Hill South, Meanwood, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Gas mains replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Farm Hill South, Meanwood, Leeds; between its junctions with Meanwood Road and Sugar Well Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Farm Hill Way, Farm Hill Rise, Farm Hill North, Potternewton Lane, Stainbeck Road, Meanwood Road and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 11 May 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Parking Bay Suspension) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause any vehicle to enter or be in any of those resident/ permit holder bays situated on New Street, Farsley, Leeds; at the side of 1 Laburnham Street. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Tuesday 12 May 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas mains replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Tatefield Grove, Kippax, Leeds, adjacent to numbers 33 to 41 Tatefield Grove. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Butt Hill, Tatefield Grove, Tatefield Place and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Friday 8 May 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because electrical connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway; Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Regent Park Avenue, Hyde Park, Leeds; between its junctions with Headingley Lane and Regent Park Terrace. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Headingley Lane, Grosvenor Road, Regent Park Terrace and vice-versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Wednesday 13 May 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Waiting Restrictions and On Street Parking Places) (City Wide) Order 2025
Amendment Order No.28 2026 – Beryl Burton Gardens, Wesley Street & Hope Street, Morley – Disabled Person’s Vehicle Parking Places

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority (in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32, 35 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers) proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to: 1. Remove 5 Disabled Person’s Vehicle Parking Spaces located at Beryl Burton Gardens, to facilitate improvements taking place. 2. Introduce 2 Disabled Person’s Vehicle Parking Spaces on an 11 metre length of the Wesley Street, Morley (north-western side); in place of Time Limited Waiting restrictions. 3. Introduce 4 Disabled Person’s Vehicle Parking Spaces on a 6.6 metre length of Hope Street, Morley (south-eastern side) in place of No Waiting at Any Time restrictions. Details of the proposals including plans showing the affected lengths of highway and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for the Order are available on request by e-mailing the address below. Section 90c Highways Act 1980
Traffic Calming Measures – Town Street, Morley

Leeds City Council proposes to introduce traffic calming measures under Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980 by placing at appropriate points on the highway concerned a Notice of its proposals. The effect of the proposals will be to introduce a bituminous speed table, being approximately 6 metres in length and laid 75 millimetres above the carriageway level, to be located on Town Street, Morley; at a distance of 50 metres east of its junction with Mill Lane. A copy of this Notice, plan and full details of the proposals are available on request by e-mailing the address below. If you wish to object or make any representations concerning the traffic calming measures you should write to Traffic Management, Civic Hall, Calverley Street, Leeds LS1 1UR, or email mischa.allison@leeds.gov.uk specifying the grounds on which your objection or representation is made, no later than 29 May 2026, quoting reference 1545/LCC/25-XXDR-TM-01_01.

Traffic Calming Measures – Oakwood Lane, Gipton

Leeds City Council proposes to introduce traffic calming measures under Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980 by placing at appropriate points on the highway concerned a Notice of its proposals. The effect of the proposals will be to introduce a humped Zebra Crossing comprising a bituminous speed table of 6 metres in length and 7.3 metres in width, to be cited and 75 millimetres above the carriageway level, to be located on Oakwood Lane, Gipton at a distance of: 60m NW of Coldotes. A copy of this Notice, plan and full details of the proposals are available on request by e-mailing the address below. If you wish to object or make any representations concerning the traffic calming measures you should write to Traffic Management, Civic Hall, Calverley Street, Leeds LS1 1UR, or email william.hyde@leeds.gov.uk, specifying the grounds on which your objection or representation is made, no later than 29 May 2026.
