Essex Park, Finchley - Temporary Road Closure due to Pipe Replacement Works

AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1)

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ESSEX PARK N3

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate pipe replacement works, they intend to make an Order which will close Essex Park N3, between the northwestern common property boundaries of Nos 10 and 12 Essex Park and the southwestern common property boundaries of Nos 18 and 20 Essex Park, while the works take place.

The works will commence on Tuesday 26th May 2026 and is expected to last for 3 days.

The alternative route for motorists will be via Ballards Lane, Cornwall Avenue, Wentworth Avenue and vice versa.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
