NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cornwall Council proposes to make the above Order to regulate traffic in Liskeard. The effect is to introduce and amend various restrictions on waiting on the lengths of road described below.
This is part of highway infrastructure improvements which include proposed traffic calming and carriageway narrowing under the provisions of Sections 90A-I of the Highways Act 1980. The effect will be to reduce vehicle speeds and improve safety along the lengths of road described below.
It is also proposed, under the provisions of Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to establish new Puffin and Zebra crossings in Liskeard at the locations specified below. These improvements are designed to enhance pedestrian safety and to facilitate easier and safer movement across the roads affected.

Manley Road 1 raised table (at junction with Station Road) to be laid along the carriageway, having a rise of 75mm and length (in direction of travel) of 10m, and extending full width of carriageway. The stated horizontal and vertical dimensions are subject to permitted pavement construction tolerances.

Charter Way (a) sections between junctions with Caradon Heights and Aries Hill; (b) extended central island north of junction with Quimperle Way; Station Road at junctions with Carwinion Terrace, Rosemellin Terrace, and Lamellion Court.
Puffin crossing
Charter Way between junctions with Stephens Road and Clemo Road.
Zebra crossing
Russell Street outside Newliston at junction with Barn Street.
