Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 11th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Callington. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th May 2026 to 27th May 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Roads subject to restriction - Harvey Street between the junctions with Salamanca Street and North Road and Antony Road between the junctions with North Road and Adela Road, Torpoint.
The Order will come into operation on 26th May 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 13th June 2026. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because resurfacing works are being executed on or near the road.
