DICK LANE AND TYERSAL LANE, BRADFORD
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 5 May 2026 under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the general effect of which is to introduce “no waiting at any time” restrictions on lengths of Levia Place, Copeland Street and Tyersal Lane at their junctions with Dick Lane, and on Dick Lane itself in the Bowling and Barkerend Ward and the Tong Ward in Bradford.
The Order comes into force on 8 May 2026. A copy of the Order together with documents giving more detailed particulars may be: examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY; or examined on the Council’s website at https://www.bradford.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/highways/traffic-regulation-order; or obtained from Shahid Aziz, Engineer – Traffic & Road Safety South, by email at shahid.aziz@bradford.gov.uk quoting reference number 106125/SA.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 5 May 2026) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
