A13 GLA Road (Commercial Road) Variation Order 2026
1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that on 27th April 2026 it made the above named Order, under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 9th May 2026.
2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to:
(1) remove the parking and disabled persons vehicles bay sited on Commercial Road outside No.1 Head Street. Parking Mon-Sat 7am - 7pm No return within 2 hours.
(2) introduce an electric vehicle charging bay sited on Commercial Road outside No.1 Head Street. No Stopping At Any Time Except Charging of Electric Vehicles Only Max 1 hour no return within 2 hours.
(3) introduce 11 metres of Double Red Lines, No Stopping At Any Time, on Commercial Road outside No.1 Head Street.
3. The road which would be affected by the Order is A13 Commercial Road.
4. A copy of the Order, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected by visiting our website at https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/rto and selecting the relevant borough and reference the Traffic Order relates to or by appointment during normal office hours at our office at the address below. 5. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
