Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in Exeter Prohibition of All Vehicles Except Buses & Cycles on Russell Way between Ikea Way & the Russell Way Roundabout.

Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/tro to arrive by 29 May 2026. Receipt of submissions may not be acknowledged but those received will be considered.
