Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in BARNSTAPLE: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Boutport Street. Clinton Road, Corporation Street & Corporation Terrace; BICKINGTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Bickington Road & Tews Lane: BISHOPS TAWTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Mount Pleasant & Road from Woodstrait to Tithe Barn Court Farm; BRAUNTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Down Lane, Dune View Road, East Hill, Exeter Road, Higher Park Road, Hills View, North Down Road, Pixie Dell, Quantocks & Silvan Drive; ILFRACOMBE: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Castle Hill, Fortescue Road & St Brannocks Park Road: INSTOW: Additional properties eligible for permits added to lnstow Zone A - annual residents, charity business occupier, supported living, school business, motorcycle, scooter & other vehicles (all bands) £35; annual trade permit £45, short stay trade £60 for 20, daily trade permit £5, weekly trade £25; annual essential visitor permit £1 0, care worker permits are free; ROUNDSWELL: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Maple Grove & Road Past Roundswell Community Centre: SOUTH MOL TON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Parklands & South Street; STICKLEPATH: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Old Bideford Road & Old Torrington Road: Revocation of Limited Waiting Mon-Fri 9am-5pm 1 Hour No Return 2 Hours (Exemption for Residents Zone K1 Permit Holders on specified lengths of Shorelands Road - residents, charity business occupier, supported living, school business, motorcycle, scooter & other vehicles annual band A permit £35, other vehicles bands B-K 1st permit £35, 2°• £55, 3"' £65; bands L-M 1st permit £35, extra permits £65; virtual visitor permit £30 per 200 hours for schemes not at all times allocated in 1 hour sessions, physical daily visitor £30 for 30 (24 hour) permits, annual business: 1st permit £35, 2°• £75, 3"' £150; annual trade permit £45, short stay trade £60for 20, daily trade permit £5, weekly trade £25; annual essential visitor permit £10, care worker permits are free. Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles.

Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/alwrp to arrive by 29 May 2026. Receipt of submissions may not be acknowledged but those received will be considered. If you make a submission be aware that comments will be anonymised prior to being sent to Highways & Traffic Orders Committee (HATOC) members for consideration or being published on our website. Data may be shared within the Council & with our partner agencies.
