THE NORTH HERTS COUNCIL (SOLLERSSHOTT WEST, SOLLERSSHOTT EAST, FIELD LANE, BROADWAY, LETCHWORTH) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025 (AMENDMENT No1) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the North Herts Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

A brief description of the lengths of road affected by this proposal is set out in Schedule 1 to this notice.

Full details of the proposal is contained in the draft Order and the statements of reasons which may be inspected at the offices of North Herts Council, Gernon Road, Letchworth, or may be viewed on the Council’s website at www.north-herts.gov.uk and by link to https://www.north-herts.gov.uk/parking-orders-and-reviews  from 7th May 2026.
