Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Blackdown Road - from outside property number 19 Blackdown Road to outside property number 35 Blackdown Road. A total distance of 24 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to renew a stop tap.
The Order becomes effective on 7th May 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 11th May 2026 and last until 15th May 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
