Notification of Road Closure for Special Event

Notice is hereby given that Fermanagh and Omagh District Council using powers under Article 8A of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, proposes to temporarily restrict or prohibit vehicles using the following roads on the dates indicated for the event listed:

Fermanagh Fleadh

Date & Time – Sunday 7th June 2026 – (1200hrs to 1900hrs)

Roads to be closed/disrupted: Main Street, Newtownbutler from the junction with High Street to the junction with Church Lane.

Applicant: Newtownbutler Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann

Alternative routes will be signed.

A copy of the road closure request application form and route and diversion maps may be inspected in person during normal office hours at the following address:
