BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.58 (PART) PARISH OF ELLESBOROUGH) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026 made on 24 April 2026, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public footpath running from SP84764-03797 ENE for 155m to SP8488403859 as shown by a bold continuous line on the Order map, to a line running from SP84764-03797 NNE for 75m to SP84779-03871 ENE for 43m to SP84820-03886 ESE for 69m to SP84884-03859 as shown by a bold broken line on the Order map and having a width of 3m throughout except for Pinch Points at SP84832-03881 and SP84847-03874 at 2.33m. Full details of the Order are available at Reception, Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA and at Princes Risborough Library during normal opening hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased from the Council at a cost of £5.00 by writing to the Definitive Map and Highway Searches Team at the address given below. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing stating the grounds on which they are made to the Definitive Map and Highway Searches Team, 6th Floor, Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA or email row@buckinghamshire.gov.uk by no later than 3 June 2026. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council is obliged to make any representations received in response to this notice open to public inspection.
