Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Lower Street - from the junction with West Street, north-eastwards for a total distance of 67 metres. This Order will enable Walters to carry out culvert repairs on behalf of Somerset Council - Structures.
The Order becomes effective on 7th May 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 11th May 2026 and last until 15th May 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
