TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS – KENWYN ROAD
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, to enable water main repair and maintenance works, the Council of the London Borough of Lambeth intends to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Kenwyn Road which lies between the common boundary of Nos. 36 and 38 Kenwyn Road and the common boundary of Nos. 42 and 44 Kenwyn Road.
2. The alternative routes for affected vehicles would be available via Kenwyn Road, St Luke’s Avenue, Clapham High Street, Tremadoc Road, and Kenwyn Road, or via Kenwyn Road, Tremadoc Road, Clapham High Street, Stonhouse Street, Cresset Street, Clapham Manor Street, Clapham High Street, St Luke’s Avenue and Kenwyn Road.
3. The Order would come into force on 25 May 2026 and continue in force for a maximum duration of 2 months, to allow for contingencies, or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. In practice, it is anticipated that the works would take 3 weeks to complete.
