Temporary Closure of Outer Circle

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Outer Circle - from the junction with Roman Road, south-eastwards for a total distance of 22 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out new connection works.

The Order becomes effective on 21st May 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 26th May 2026 and last until 29th May 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 4 days.
