Perth Road Bus Stand Relocation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above-mentioned Order, the effect of which would be on Perth Road:-
(1) The north-east side, remove the two bus stands and double yellow lines outside Gabrielle House and extend the paid limited waiting parking place in this location.
(2) The south-west side outside Nos. 27 to 37 Perth Road:
(a) revoke the 4 parking places and replace with 2 bus stands.
(b) reduce the extent of the double yellow lines to 11.5 metres and introduce no loading at any time restrictions at the same location.
(c) extend the paid limited waiting parking place by one space from the north-western boundary of No. 25 Perth Road.
(3) The south-west side, introduce no loading at any time restrictions from the south-eastern boundary of No. 41 Perth Road south-eastward for 19.2 metres.
A copy of the Order, and other documents giving detailed particulars including map-based plans may be examined at: The Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY, between 10:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Any objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk, or by writing to: Parking Team, 2nd Floor (front), Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY, within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice. Any objection may be communicated to, or be seen by, other persons who may have an interest in this matter.
