What is happening?

CITY OF DONCASTER COUNCIL

Goodison Boulevard, Cantley
From a point 20 metres of its intersection with the extended
kerb line of Cantley Manor Avenue, for a distance of 45
metres in a generally easternly direction.
Exceptions to the Order will permit waiting for the purpose of
picking up and setting down passengers, loading and
unloading goods, in connection with building industrial or
demolition operations, the removal of obstructions to traffic,
the maintenance of the roads and the services therein in
pursuance of statutory powers or duties, for the collection and
delivery of postal packets or if it is a vehicle being operated by
or on behalf of the South Yorkshire Safety Camera
Partnerships while carrying out roadside monitoring or
enforcement operations. The usual exceptions for disabled
persons vehicles are also included in the Order
A copy of the Order and a map showing the restricted roads
may be examined at the Council Offices, Civic Office,
Waterdale, Doncaster between 8.45 a.m. and 4.45 p.m.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of
the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not
within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation
Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act
or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with
in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the 6th
day of May 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(AMENDMENT NO.104) ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of May 2026 the
City of Doncaster Council made an Order under the provisions
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The effect of the Order that will come into operation on the
4th day of June 2026 will:-
1) Revoke the existing no waiting at any time restriction on
the following lengths of road:
Unnamed Road (Service Road linking John Street with
Station Road), Mexborough
Both sides
(i) The whole
Station Road, Mexborough
Both sides
(i) From its junction with the southern kerb line of Bank
Street southwards to the Mexborough Relief Road
2) Introduce a no waiting at any time restriction on the
following lengths of road:
Greens Way, Mexborough
Both sides
(i) The whole
John Street (Service Road), Mexborough
Both sides
(i) The whole
Cliff Street (West Section), Mexborough
East Side
(i) From its junction with the southern kerb line of Greens
Way, for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction
Cliff Street (North Section), Mexborough
East Side
(i) From its junction with the southern kerb line of Greens
Way, for a distance of 20 metres in a southerly direction
Station Road, Mexborough
Both sides
(i) The whole
Leech Lane, Mexborough
Both sides
(i) From its junction with western kerb line of Market Street,
for a distance of 30 metres in a westerly direction
3) Introduce a no loading/unloading at any time restriction on
the following lengths of road:

Way, for a distance of 45 metres in a northerly direction

easterly direction

City of Doncaster Council made an Order under the provisions

day of June 2026 will be to introduce a no waiting at any time
restriction on the following length of road:-
Churchill Road, Wheatley
South Side
From a point 265 metres north east of its junction with the
north eastern kerb line of Radiance Road for a distance of 40
metres in a north easterly direction.
Exceptions to the Order will permit waiting for the purpose of
picking up and setting down passengers, loading and
unloading goods, in connection with building industrial or
demolition operations, the removal of obstructions to traffic,
the maintenance of the roads and the services therein in
pursuance of statutory powers or duties, for the collection and
