What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
MILWARD ROAD, LOSCOE
WHEN: 13 May to 14 May 2026 (between 08:00-16:00, only).
WHERE: Milward Road, Loscoe, 40m from Jct. with A6007 for approx. 40m.
REASON: To facilitate relining of the drain.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Milward Road, Heanor Road, Loscoe Road, Park Street, Holmes Street, Northern Road, Douglas Avenue and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
