THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on:
Avonbank Avenue, Grangemouth from 08:00 until 17:00 on 11/05/26. The prohibition is to allow for Telecommunications works to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Avonbank Avenue, Grangemouth from a point adjacent to number 37 in a northerly direction for approximately 100 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Kersiebank Avenue, Claret Road or vice versa.
Fairlie Street, Camelon from 07:30hrs on 11/05/26 until 17:00hrs on 15/05/26. The prohibition is to allow drainage works to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes: Fairlie Street from its junction with Mariner Drive to its junction with Mariner Avenue.
2. The alternative route is Fairlie Street, Mariner Drive, Mariner Street, Mariner Avenue and vice versa.
Pembroke Street / Hillview Road, Larbert from 07:30 hours on 11/05/26 until 17:00 hours on 14/05/26. The prohibition is to allow carriageway surfacing work to be carried out safely.
1. This Order temporarily closes section of Hillview Road in its entirety and Pembroke Street from its junction with Hillview Road to 2 Pembroke Street.
2. Alternative Route is Muirhall Road, Evans Street, Burnhead Road, and vice versa.
