Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Fairfield Way, Whitby, Order 2026 Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to introduce the restrictions specified in Schedule 1 below:- Schedule 1 - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Whitby, Fairfield Way (U98), Southeast side from its intersection point with the southwest kerb line of Fairfield Way (U98) to a point 27 metres southwest of its intersection point with the southwest kerb line of Fairfield Way (U98) - No waiting at any time. Whitby, Fairfield Way (U98), Southeast side from a point 40 metres southwest of its intersection point with the southwest kerb line of Fairfield Way (U98) to a point 99 metres southwest of its intersection point with the southwest kerb line of Fairfield Way (U98) - No waiting at any time. Whitby, Fairfield Way (U98), Southeast side from a point 109 metres southwest of its intersection point with the southwest kerb line of Fairfield Way (U98) to a point 176 metres southwest of its intersection point with the southwest kerb line of Fairfield Way (U98) - No waiting at any time. Whitby, Fairfield Way (U98), Southwest side from its intersection point with the southeast kerb line of Fairfield Way (U98) to a point 10 metres southeast of its intersection point with the southeast kerb line of Fairfield Way (U98) – No waiting at any time.
