SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL (STOPPING RESTRICTIONS, WAITING RESTRICTIONS, LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PLACES) (MAP SCHEDULE) (CONSOLIDATION NO.2) ORDER 2026 (AMENDMENT NO.7) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 7 May 2026 Sheffield City Council made the above Order which comes into operation on 11 May 2026 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

No waiting at any time on parts of Charles Street and Norfolk Street Unnamed Access Road to Arundel Gate Car Park;

No Loading at any time on parts of Charles Street, Norfolk Street Unnamed Access Road to Arundel Gate Car Park and Union Street;

Disabled Persons’ Badge holder parking maximum stay 4 hours no return within 2 hours on parts of Union Street and Union Lane;

Loading bay on parts of Charles Street and Union Street;

And remove:
No Waiting at any time on parts of Arundel Gate, Charles Street and Union Street;

No Loading at any time on part of Charles Street and Union Lane;

No Loading Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:30 on part of Charles Street and Union Street;

Loading Place on parts of Charles Street and Union Street;

Paid-for Parking Place 08:00 to 20:30 on parts of Charles Street, Union Lane and Union Street;

Disabled Persons’ badge holder parking place on part of Charles Street and Union Street;

or examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders or any of their
provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 7 May 2026 make application for that purpose to the High Court.
