HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, ar y 4ydd o Fai 2026, wrth arfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adrannau 1(1), 2(1) i 2(3), 4, 32(1), 35 a 124 o, a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 i, Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i
diwygiwyd), Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 a phob pŵer galluogi arall, wedi gwneud y Gorchymyn uchod.
Effaith y Gorchymyn yw:
1. Cyflwyno un lle parcio i Ddeiliaid Bathodyn Anabl yn Unig ym mhob un o'r lleoliadau a bennir yn yr Atodlen i'r Hysbysiad hwn.
2. Dirymu “Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi Sir Caerfyrddin (Llanelli) (Cyfyngiadau Ar Aros a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) 2004” a “Gorchymyn Cydgyfnerthu Sir Gaerfyrddin (Llanelli) (Cyfyngu Ar Aros a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Amrywiad Rhif 38) 2020” i’r graddau y maent yn anghyson â’r darpariaethau a gynhwysir yma ac yn ymwneud â hyd ac ochrau ffyrdd a bennir yn yr Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar y 15fed o Fai 2026 a gall gopi o’r Gorchymyn, ynghyd â chynlluniau yn nodi’r darnau ffyrdd yr effeithir arno:

• gael eu gweld ar wefan Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, drwy fynd i https://www.sirgar.llyw.cymru/cartref/cyngor-a-democratiaeth/hysbysiadau-cyhoeddus; neu

• gael eu harchebu drwy gysylltu ag Adran Priffyrdd Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin ar ENTrafficManagement@sirgar.gov.uk. 

Gall unrhyw un sy’n dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn hwn, neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail:
a) nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan y Ddeddf; neu

b) na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw ofyniad yn y Ddeddf, neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed oddi tani, mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn,

wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn o fewn chwe (6) wythnos o’r dyddiad y gwnaed y Gorchymyn.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, ar y 4ydd o Fai 2026, wrth arfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adrannau 1(1), 2(1) i 2(3), 4, 32(1), 35 a 124 o, a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 i, Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd), Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004, Rheoliadau Gorchmynion Traffig Awdurdodau Lleol (Esemptiadau i Bobl Anabl) (Cymru) 2000 a phob pŵer galluogi arall, wedi gwneud y Gorchymyn uchod.

Effaith y Gorchymyn yw:
1. Cyflwyno un lle parcio i Ddeiliaid Bathodyn Anabl ym mhob un o'r lleoliadau a bennir yn Atodlen 1 i'r Hysbysiad hwn.

2. Dirymu:
a. Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi Sir Gaerfyrddin (Llanelli) (Cyfyngu ar Aros a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Amrywiad Rhif 19) 2012; a

b. Gorchymyn Cydgyfnerthu Sir Gaerfyrddin (ac eithrio Caerfyrddin, Llanelli a Rhydaman) (Cyfyngu ar Aros a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Amrwyiad Rhif 26) 2017,

i’r graddau y maent yn anghyson â’r darpariaethau a gynhwysir yma ac yn ymwneud â hyd ac ochrau ffyrdd a bennir yn Atodlen 2 i’r Hysbysiad hwn.

ATODLEN 2 - DIDDYMU MANNAU PARCIO PRESENNOL

The County of Carmarthenshire (Llanelli) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation (Variation Number 44) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that, on the 4th of May 2026, Carmarthenshire County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 2(3), 4, 32(1), 35 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order.

The effect of the Order is:
1. To introduce one Disabled Badge Holders Only parking bay at each of the locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

2. To revoke “The County of Carmarthenshire (Llanelli) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004” and “The County of Carmarthenshire (Llanelli) (Waiting Restriction and Street Parking Places)
Consolidation (Variation No.38) Order 2020” insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions herein contained and relate to the lengths and sides of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

The Order will come into operation on the 15th of May 2026 and a copy of the Order, together with plans showing the affected sections of road, can:
• be viewed on Carmarthenshire County Council’s website at https://www.carmarthenshire.gov.wales/home/council-democracy/public-notices; or

• be requested by contacting Carmarthenshire County Council’s Highways Department at ENTrafficManagement@carmarthenshire.gov.uk. 

Any persons wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any provision contained in it, on the grounds that:
a. it is not within the powers conferred by the Act; or

b. a requirement of the Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within six (6) weeks of the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Waiting Restriction and Street Parking Places) Consolidation (Variation Number 43) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Carmarthenshire County Council, on the 4th of May 2026, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 2(3), 4, 32(1), 35 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the Traffic Management Act 2004, The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Exemptions for Disabled Persons) (Wales) Regulations 2000 and all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order.

The effect of the Order is:
1. To introduce one Disabled Badge Holders parking bay at each location specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.

a. The County of Carmarthenshire (Llanelli) (Waiting Restriction and Street Parking Places) Consolidation (Variation No.19) Order 2012; and

b. The County of Carmarthenshire (with the exception of Carmarthen, Llanelli and Ammanford) (Waiting Restriction and Street Parking Places) Consolidation (Variation No.26) Order 2017,
insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions herein contained relating to the lengths and sides of the roads specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
